The Ottolenghi Test Kitchen (OTK) was founded by Yotam Ottolenghi and is headed by Noor Murad alongside a collaborative team of chefs, writers, doers and thinkers: Gitai Fisher, Verena Lochmuller, Chaya Pugh, Tara Wigley, Claudine Boulstridge, Jens Ferdinand, and Clodagh McKenna.
