After an incredibly successful debut cookbook, Coinneach MacLeod (The much-loved Hebridean Baker on TikTok with 240,000 followers) is returning with a new book The Hebridean Baker: My Scottish Island Kitchen £26 hbk Black & White publishing.
His new book contains 75 recipes for every occasion with stunning photography of the food and the Outer Hebrides. There are dishes for the festive season, contemporary classics, desserts, and cocktails. Coinneach MacLeod has been inspired by family recipes, traditional bakes, and Scottish flavours. MacLeod uses local produce to showcase Scotland’s extensive larder and brings us wholesome and flavourful dishes with a story to tell.
